Everybody, which includes diabetic, (except supermodels) loves chocolate. However for diabetic, chocolate can help improve the body's processing of sugar. That, in theory, could guard against diabetes.
That only applies for dark chocolate though. And you also
must consider your weight gain from the chocolate. Here's a little chocolate
shake recipe that don't add much toward your gain and certainly good toward
your body.
Ingredients
1 cup skimmed milk
1 tblspn unsweetened cocoa powder
1 sachet of artificial sweetener
ice cubes
Instructions
Just mix all ingredients in a blender and keep blending
until frothy.
