Tomato and broccoli diet soup recipe

I have to admit that broccoli does not taste good on its own.

Try eating baked broccoli without any sauce, yuck, the taste is plain.

However I really enjoy eating broccoli with melted cheddar cheese, also broccoli in fettucinni.

Those two are high fat foods unfortunately, so how could I continue eating delicious broccoli dishes without sacrificing my waist line ?

Broccoli is a good ingredient that is low in calorie and rich in vitamins. However consuming it with cheddar cheese or other fattening menu will force me to buy a new pants soon.

Naturally as a dieter, I often turn into vegetarian dishes to provide me with healthy, low fat recipes. Therefore from my experiment I found that broccoli makes a good addition into a tomato soup.

Tomato itself is a good ingredient rich in lycopene, vitamin C and vitamin A.

Lycopene prevents heart disease and helps us protect our cells from cancer. Two tomatoes consumed everyday will fulfill 2/3 of my vitamin C needs.

And best of all, it does not add pressure to my waist, and I still can enjoy good broccoli with good tomato soup. Here's the recipe for tomato and broccoli diet soup.
